Good stuff

I watched a couple movies recently and discovered my admiration of Wes Anderson

His movies are brilliant and I love how he puts so much heart and soul in it.
It isn't just about entertainment, it is art and I appreciate that.

Those are my favorites, could watch them over and over again!

Even if not directed by Wes Anderson but just as good, I loved:I Heart Huckabees

after more looking into it, I realized (way too late) that one of the actors is Jason Schwartzman, whos music I have on my I Pod...not just Phantom Planet

And another good movie I saw, was Leatherheads, which i absolutely loved.
At first I wasn't so sure what to think of John Krasinski since I am a huge Office fan.
I was expecting to see a Jim Halpert in the 20's but he was doing a pretty good job and looked as cute as usuall.

So those are movies I highly recommend.

Jersey, what's wrong

I am very frustrated and pissed off today.
This is the usual Tuesday:

Taking the kids to school around 8.30, going for a walk til 11, doing whatever bla
Bridget has Afterschool activity, so she gets out at 4
Matthew has Hebrew school and before that, homework club. The good thing is: He can walk to Hebrew school after homework club on his own.
Which means that i have an extra hour of chill-time on tuesdays.
BUT: Today afterschool activity was cancelled, plus I have to drive Matt to Hebrew school since it's fucking pouring outside.
It is ridiculous. Cars got flooded on my way back from the school, thank god I am driving an SUV.
So...my point is:
No extra chilltime-hour and no walk.

I can't wait till they finish the basement, so we'll have the treadmill again.
I get bitchy when I don't work out.

My first

This is my first post on this page.
I used to blog in german, but a lot of my american friends asked me to blog in a language they would be able to understand.
So here we are.

It is almost 11 p.m. and I am "baby sitting" at my neighbors house.
I had fun. The kids were great, we had some laughs and I actually did not have to do that much, since I started around 6.30 p.m.
Basically all I did was checking my Emails, clicking through the world wide web, creating this blog and watching family guy...and I am getting paid for this. Sounds Pretttty good.

I call it a good day.
Only thing that sucked balls today was the HUGE ASS pile of laundry.
We didn't have a washer for over 2 weeks. So today I did all of the dirty laundry 3 people created in that time, plus sheets.
FUN!!!

Anything else was great. I went for a really long walk, talked to a cute guy in the park, enjoyed the sun and relatively warm temperatures for almost November, watched the office, received a package from my friend from Germany and did the usual work day stuff.

Can't wait to go home, get that make up off my face put on some City and Colour and fall asleep.
